Faith Clinical Care Inc (FCC Inc) is licensed by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and the Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ).

Our founders come with a combined 27 years of experience working in the Medicaid-approved Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), critical care, intermediate care, and acute and sub-acute rehab.

Our professional experience cuts across working with individuals with intellectual differences and developmental disabilities with a diagnosis, including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Epilepsy/Seizure Disorder.

In providing services to our clients, we enforce the tenets of the community settings rule, care planning, person-centered plan (PCP) implementation, and community integration. We also work with dually diagnosed and forensic individuals, especially in the enforcement of the Community Forensic Aftercare (CFAC) program and other court-committed individuals seeking reintegration into  the community.

Our overall goal is the self-actualization and integration of our individuals in the community in meaningful activities of their choice. Our individuals enjoy a wide range of available service options, including Community Living Group Home/Residential Services, Employment Services, Community Development Services, Day Habilitation, Respite Care, Personal Support Services, Remote Electronic Monitoring Services, Shared Living, etc.
