At Faith Clinical Care Inc., independence begins with choice.Our Supported Living Services help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live in homes or apartments of their choosing while receiving just the right level of support to meet their needs and goals.This model gives people the freedom to design their daily lives with familiar faces by their side. Family members or trusted caregivers can be hired and paid to provide assistance with daily living tasks, while FCCI coordinates and oversees support to ensure quality and consistency. When caregivers take time off, our trained staff step in to maintain seamless care and stability.
