Transportation Services

FCC is dedicated to providing Transportation Services to the persons we support. We have quality vehicles that support persons in going to and from the places they need to go. This is based on each person’s support needs, as outlined accordingly in the Person-Centered Plan. We also have trained professional staff who are dedicated to transporting persons to and from preferred community-based activities. This includes activities such as going grocery shopping, doctors’ appointments, and other community-based activities of interests and more.

FCC is also committed to support persons in building skills and working toward learning how to independently and safely navigate the community. This may also include a person being supported in safely learning how to use public transportation. Mileage Reimbursement is also processed accordingly, and on an as needed basis.
